Finally no more rip off 084x numbers!

What reports would you want to run that a piece of call logging software couldn't produce for you?

You really want me to justify my role don't you? :p

The 01932 numbers we use resolve to 5 digit VDNs on our Avaya network.

Internal transfers and vector routing also use that same pool of VDNs.

So there could be 100 calls to a VDN, some directly to the 01932 number, and other internal transfers from other departments, but we can only see the total. We need BT to provide us with the details for the 01932 numbers so we can split them apart.

When I pushed for toll-free numbers, the first thing I got asked was how much would it cost. I ran a report on the VDNs that link to the 01932 numbers we were looking to replace with 0800, but this includes internal transfers and call flow routing, so wasn't accurate.

I have been waiting for 2 months with multiple cash-ups now for BT to provide itemised stats for all our geo numbers so I can work out how much 0800 numbers would cost.
