Finally some sense over F1 testing

New drivers can get a full day test at a non F1 calendar circuit before driving in a race.

Not sure if these tweaks by the FIA (testing, stewards, etc) are led by Jean Todt but if they are, my hat goes off to him.

Great news. Certainly seems to be some decent changes since he got in.

Good news, i'm suprised it's taken this long to get something sorted out, I can't fathom why some people would have been against it.
