Finally time for an upgrade after 10ish years

Good evening all,

I want to upgrade my PC (it's lasted me well but it's time). I'm really out of the loop so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My current system is-

• Intel Core i7-5930K 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
• Corsair H100i PRO cooler
• Asus Rampage V Extreme motherboard
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4 ram
• Samsung 850 Pro 256 GB 2.5" SSD's x 3
• Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250 GB M.2-2280 PCIe
• MSI GAMING Z TRIO GeForce RTX 3080 10GB
• EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 850W

I'm hoping to bring across as much as I can into my updated system to save cost but if most has to go then so be it.
I use it for 3D modelling, gaming and Graphic design so a bit of everything really. Probably wouldnt want to spend more than a grand but no idea how much stuff is nowadays!

Ideally I would want it in a Fractal Design North case as it'll look great in my office.
