I finally got my extra 2gig of 3200 ram (making a total of 4 gig), managed to get it working (so far) without having to change any clock speeds or multipliers which is nice and it's all showing up in CPU-z.

Now, i know this is a silly niggle, but i'm just curious really: Why hs my windows experience index for ram dropped from 5.0 to 4.8 despite my ram doubling?

Surely this should increase the score?

Unless its not running at 400MHz, but 333MHz... often people could not get the memory to run at rated speeds when using 4 sticks.

As i said, i haven't had to change the clock speed or timings of the ram, it seems to run ok without any changes. So surely as there is double the ram running at the same speed it should increase my score?

I've set em manually, timings are 2-3-2-5 (stock) and its running at 197mhz due to setting a divider (fsb is up to 250 from 200 default), cpu is at 2.75GHZ (opteron 175)
