Hi
I work for a company that organises meetings and presentation, we have a number of iPad minis that we use for this purpose. Recently we had a real PITA situation where our client decided to set up their own icloud accounts and log into our hardware.
The person in question who logged into the account was based in the singapore division of the company and went AWOL for a while so our iPads were basically unusable.
Without logging into iCloud ourselves and basically locking the device down and making it a PITA for anyone else who wants to reset the iPad and doesn't have the icloud password. Is there anything that can be done?
iPads are used a lot for business use now, but Apple doesn't seem to want to play ball and provide support for us.
