Find My Iphone App Not Working

Tried sorting this out ages ago but couldn't get it to work. Tried again after reading a thread in general discussion where someone had there iPhone nicked so thought it would be worth trying again!

Gone through the troubleshooting and can't see what I'm doing wrong...

When trying to locate it I get the error message "No location available".

Tried Googling for solutions but none helped me. Push is on, tried switching off and on, Airplane mode on and off, different firmware version etc.

I am now using jailbroken firmware version 4.3.3. I am led to believe it should have no troubles with this app but perhaps that's incorrect?

I had the exact same problem and have just fixed it by turning Find My iPhone app (in Accounts) off, then shutting the phone down.

Boot the phone again, make sure that Find My iPhone is on and you should be good to go

Thanks for the suggestion. Just followed your instructions to the tee and it still isn't working unfortunately.
