Find serial number of your graphics card without opening the case?

Just wondered if there was a piece of software that would do this?

The card is a NVidia GF 8800 GTS XFX 640MB. I'd like to get the serial number so I can check for BIOS updates (stupid website) but to do that I need the Serial Number. Problem is I can't be bothered to open the case and take the card out.

They actually tasted quite nice.

The problem is where it's physically located. To open the case means disconnecting every wire, then pulling the case vertically then horizontally. The opening of the case was not a problem until Saul ate them!

Search for a program called EVEREST.

Great lil program that displays everything on the PC if anything displays a serial that will! I know it displayed the serial for my Monitor (just happend to catch it while checking my temps on it).

Try loading your GPU Bios into Nibitor, not sure if it does tell you the individual serial of a card though.
