Finding a Hotel in London?

I've been at this all day trying to book a Hotel for my family when we come to London in April, obviously I'm trying to find the best one on a budget but I feel lost with it all after spending hours looking.

I think I've narrowed it down to two, can anyone advise me which would be the best or alternatively suggest another one.

My details are arrive 8th April check out 12th April (4 nights)
2 adults, 2 kids (5 & 8).
Budget £600 max really and breakfast if possible.

I've found:
Holiday Inn City (275 Old Street) inc breakfast £508
Holiday Inn Victoria (106 Belgrave Road) inc breakfast £600

Have you looked are the anonymous City hotels on last-minute?

Yeah I did consider that but it gives no indication of location so with 2 kids didn't want to risk it.
I'm going to book Holiday Inn City (275 Old Street) £508 inc breakfast.
