Finding a room / space to rent for pool table

A few snooker and pool pros rent or buy rooms or spaces where they can put a table and play by themselves.

Any suggestions on how I can find such a thing? Typing room to rent or space to rent in a search engine just gives you house, holiday home or commercial spaces to rent which is not quite the same thing.

I realise this is a bit of an obscure request!

Some sort of storage container/facility?

Possibly, but struggling to find one big enough. Needs to be 6m x 5m.

That's a fair old size. You're in to sort of small commercial unit territory there

Aye, problem with that is the business rates.

I’ll just have to keep paying the pool club until I win the lottery.
