Finding a telephone number through address?

Is it possible to get the telephone number of someone just from their address?

I looked through my phonebooks and as i suspected, i only have ones for Worthing and Brighton.

The address i need to find is in Cambridgeshire.

Pretty obvious

Just need their basic details like post code etc

It needed the surname also, i don't have that.

I see 2 boxes:
Who?
Where?

I typed in the postcode and out came a list of street numbers and the numbers.

I won't post an example for obvious reasons but try your own postcode.
