This is beginning to become a pain in the ass.

I am trying to find a 530d sport auto with leather and they seem to be so hard to find.
Ideally I am trying to find one with lowish miles, between 70-100k, any less than 70k and the price goes up. Budget is probs 13k.

I check autotrader daily, BCA daily, ebay daily and pistonheads.
Is there anything I am missing out? Any auctions?

That's a decent budget, so shouldn't be too hard. Guess you'll just have to play the waiting game.

13k is CarGiant money so keep an eye on that too.

I have been, the first day i started looking, a perfect car came up topaz blue, 80k, satnav system, 03 plate, one owner for 12.5k

Rang them up and it had gone :(

I'd start e-mailing some BMW dealers asking them to keep an eye out for you, I think they'll be happy to snap your budget out of your hands!

Don't be afraid of buying an example over 100K & saving a packet, that would be my advice in the main.

Happy hunting, caveat emptor. ;)

I have tried that, but they will only sell me approved used ones, I have tried getting them to sell me part ex's to no avail.

hmm one of my friends dad is selling his, ;)
52 plate, fbmwsh, 72k,
£12k seems a good deal :D

Extras are - xenons and sunroof, black car, black interior but wood trim :(

It's had 2 owners in 4 years which is ok imo.

Sounds like a good price - the right colour too ;)

Decent spec - the wood trim can easily be replaced for the silver stuff too although can be pricey. Someone on here did a decent DIY job of it.
