So, i'm in the process of setting up PFsense, wired up an old wireless router to it and using DHCP from pfsense.
Ofc i turned of DHCP on the router and it's functioning perfectly as an AP.

However, i need to access the control panel on the router to give it a static IP, BUT since i took it's DCHP away it doesn't have an IP.

Checked PFsense DHCP leases and it has never given it an IP.
Works perfectly without one. I can only presume it's assigned itself an IP on another subnet, been through 192.168.0-1.1-255 and there's no sign of it.

Any ideas how i can find it?

Argh, decided to reset and start with a static IP.

However the static IP doesn't work! It shows up in PFsense as the one i set, but when i try and access it just fails to reach.

Edit;

Solved, it was assigning me an auto IP in a different subnet from the routers static. Set it manually and sorted :)
