Finding cheap flights

As title really.

Never flown before, or left the country, but I need flights to Portugal in May. Where's the cheapest place to go about it?

Skyscanner is a good start. I usually then book the flight directly thought the cheapest carrier returned by the Slyscanner search and avoid the 3rd party sites that are slightly cheaper.

Any comparison site really, I've used Lastminute.com to search and found some good deals although some will disagree.

As above thought do a comparison then check it directly.

Yer skyscanner is great, especially if you're flexible as you can see the monthly view and pick the cheapest days as well as setting up alerts etc.

I ended up using sky scanner then booking direct with TAP. two returns for £295
