Finding Enslaved frustrating.

I got Enslaved on rental a couple of days ago. I don't think it's a brilliant game but it is playable.

The camera angle can be very annoying sometimes and I find some of the fights pretty hard. It may be because I haven't played this style of game before or it just may be that I suck at the game.

I usually have the patience to complete a game but I feel like I want to send this one back to Lovefilm after been stuck on a certain mission for sometime. I'm not even stuck on a difficult part, I've got to climb to a certain ledge but I can't find the next object I need to swing to because the camera angle is fixed so I'm not able to have a look around.

Did anyone else feel the same way about this game?

It's OK now, just completed it.

An alright game, I'd probabaly give it a 6/10. Didn't get the ending though, was it making room for an enslaved 2?

I don't think you could spawn a direct sequel. Maybe new situation set a year or two after the first game. However I don't think the sales figures were great so a sequel is unlikely which is a shame because I enjoyed the story and the actual character development.

i finished this today, really really good game, some amazing visuals and animation, a real shame that the marketing was a let down on this one as it deserves to succeed

I thought it was a load of crap. Really had high hopes after a few reviews but its just a really poor unchartered...

Glad I'm not the only one lol. People thought the same about RDR though and I thought it was fantastic, so I guess each to their own.

I am struggling with the Undead RDR, but i've only played it for 30 mins so far!

As for Enslaved, I really enjoyed it. Yes, the ending is rather odd, in a kind of matrix preachy kind of way I thought but the only serious downside for me was having to collect all those (can't remember what now) orbs/stars  in order to upgrade.

I really enjoyed Enslaved. Lovely to look at, and as said before the character development made you feel for the protagonists. It felt as though a lot of care and attention had gone into it.

It'll be a shame if it doesn't get a sequel as far worse games have, and also get raved about on this board.

Just finished it tonight, started off a bit slow and boring, but the further I got the more I enjoyed it. Never got stuck anytime, bonus. Some lovely visuals in parts (and some not so nice in others), but overall a cracking game. 8/10.

I read in one of the developer interviews that they did that so the player would explore as much of the world as possible.

I hadn't ever heard of it just randomly downloaded the demo.

Thought it was pretty good. Will be buying it preowned in a couple of months I guess.
