Finding it hard to change a drives letter

I had a hdd install and moved to ssd install and i want my old drive letters back for the non OS drives. Im finding it very difficult to do this with admin tools and partition wizard.

Any ideas how i can get say my storage drive from D back to H as when i try to pick the letter it will only show letters like I and after not the ones i need.

Please help.

Well on my hdd install i have changed storage from H to Z then rebooted into SSD install and tried to change the drive letter of storage from D to H but no go.

So storage was H on hdd install but i changed it so it shouldnt be in use the letter H anymore.

Did a google and found a regedit way to do it which worked. I now have all my drives letters how they should be like they were on my other drives OS. So all my stuff on other drives work with where things are now like utorrent for seeding on the new install.
