Finding it hard (to train)

Herniated a couple of discs five weeks ago and am now at the point where my painkillers actually work. :( still training though I have had to modify my workout to twice a week; upper body with no compression on the base of my spine. Routine simply consists of five sets of chins/pull-ups so I can do back and biceps. Machine bench and Flys and single arm tricep pushdown using cables. Also doing tricep dips and chest dips with a few sets of light concentration curls. I simply couldn't let my efforts go to waste so I'm fighting my way back but gradually and carefully.

Yeah got an appointment on the 21st. Due to the pain, the hours have felt like weeks.
