Finding my CPU Temp?

Its been a long time since ive done any of this. Whats the best program to show my cpu temp? i recently hoovered out the heatsink and sorted some airflow problems, curious how my temp is sitting.

Both cores Idling at 38 degrees. Not too bad

I prefer real temp... rumours say that it gives more accurate readings on the 45nm chips... eitherway, it always gives a lower reading than core temp, so I prefer it
