Finding settings?

Maybe a stupid question but how do i find out what my system is running at for eg. ram MHz? my new system is ment to have this... Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 2.40GHz Dual Core CPU Overclocked too a minimum of 2.93GHz and beyond. (9 x 333MHz - 1333MHz FSB) but how do i find out if it is actually is running at this? im using vista and im getting lost in the new menus, im used to xp...... cheers

try the bios

how do you bring the bios up m8?

Press del when its posting ( when you first turn it on )

Or you can also find out from windows by using CPU Z
