I've got a slight problem trying to find the i.p of several wireless access points as they need reconfiguring. They are HP Procurve APs set up with static addresses and connect to a Fortigate firewall. The i.p addresses were changed but no one documented it. Been using angry i.p to search i.p ranges to see what's connected but so far haven't found them. I've been through the firewall settings but I can't seem to find any where that specifies static addresses only dynamic.....so help :(

Plug a computer into the console port of the AP and find out that way?

If you did one it might give you a clue to what range the others are in.

Why don't you install the procurve AP device manager? Then you can sent a config and it will deploy to all of the APs? And will also deploy them to all new access points too.
