Is there a way to get rid of fine dust on graphics card and inbetween heatsink or does it not matter that much just "clumps" of it should be a worry? Canned air doesn't seem to shift fine dust.

If you can get the housing off to expose the fins then a good soft paintbrush would do it. TBH not worrying about though

Only worry about dust on component when it starts to effect things like you temps,
When/If it start to effect your temps then you will need to look at giving it a good clean
out.

Thanks all, I just spray canned air through my heatsink and into / around my gfx card every now and then and case fans I use tissue to clean off fine dust is that ok? or is it better to use something other then tissue?

Honestly there are more pressing things to worry about in life. Tissue is made of paper fibres, paper fibres fall off and become dust. If your worried about dust maybe tissue isn't the answer :p

Well I don't care tbf, Its just I've always used tissue to clean fan blades and all this talk about static and stuff makes you paranoid over the years :p
