Fine for keep clear sign?

Was wondering can you get a fine for waiting in a keep clear signed road? I was waiting in traffic today with one car in front and one behind, I initially stopped before the keep clear sign and after a while anticipated that it would turn green so moved forward into but it was red for nearly another minute and I noticed two small cameras on the traffic lights, so a bit worried I might get a fine for this.

Lol, two small cameras on the traffic lights were for sensing traffic, not for red light activity.

A red light camera looks a bit like a normal gatso, only slightly smaller.

I'm not talking about red lights or cameras relating to them, I was just curious whether these cameras were there to monitor the "keep clear" space and thus if they would give fines out, I've never noticed them anywhere before, they look like mini cctv that people install on houses.

Again, no, they are just so the lights can change from red to green (or vice versa) when traffic is detected.

best not to anticipate and wait for green then it doesn't matter what these cams are for lol

You don't get fine or points for keep clear markings afaik. The things on the traffic lights are not cameras, only sensors.
