hi my Galaxy S24 Ultra had a update now when i try to log in with my fingerprint this is what I get please can anyone tell me how to get back fingerprint log in i have remove my fingerprint and set it up again but it still shows the same message

When this happens to me its usually a one off and happens every now and then. So I get this message once and then I put the pin then from then on for a while the fingerprint works.

Does it give you this message every time you try to unlock?

thanks for the reply .. and yes every time the only way is to delete the fingerprint but as soon as i re-establish the fingerprint with a fresh fingerprint that hope this helps
