Finish my build?

Have around £200 to finish a budget gaming rig - already have an i5 3570K, Hyper 212 Evo, MSI HD6850, Corsair TX650 PSU, Agility 3 120GB SSD, 1TB Seagate HDD, monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.

Need a case, motherboard and RAM but just can't make up my mind what to go for. Something light and portable would be useful but not essential. I have tinnitus that is aggravated by whiny fans so any help or suggestions to keep this lot quiet would be helpful. Happy to swap out any of the above to keep the noise down providing it stays reasonably within budget.

Many thanks.

The Z77-D3H is a great board. RAM is quite expensive at the moment unfortunately. :(

You could go for a mini-ITX build:

I was a bit worried about the heatsink clearance, hence the Corsair over Kingston. Would save him though!!

take away the fans and go fan less, would cost more for fan less psu, but there out there, add liquid cooling with no OC and fan is hardly needed so spins and makes little or no noise what so ever, but again costs more.

try a sound pre proofed case to lower the noise levels, remove all case fans and fit better ones, or try it with none at all, info needed is all online for silent pc use and how to make it better, for music lovers and studio use, the less noise the better, and also for you, good look

psu to look for are ones with Heatpipe installed cooling systems

noise levels of less than 10 dB(A) or less, there are silent ones with no fans at all, but costs are high and output is lower

liquid cooled cpu for noise levels of 8.5 dB(A) or less

Coolink Corator DS Gapless Direct Touch Quiet CPU Cooler 8.5 dB(A) for your cpu, none overclocked these work well, OC then you need a better cooler so go for liquid as the noise level goes up

there's plenty here on site you need to read the noise levels to choose
