Just done the hell level at level 30 and the game ended. Anyone else think this is a tad short? very suprised.

I now can repeat it all again on the nightmare with this lvl 30 char. Whats the point of that?

I expected more tbh.

I think maybe the game was a training level for the online section.

Stupid ending, perhaps if you pay for the premium service you might get to go up against

Or whatever his name was.

I thought the game was okay but if they fix all the problems with this game for a sequel then that could be a great game.

What was your final impression of the game.

By the way, there's no point in the Nightmare setting save to make your character even more overpowered than it already is and to nab more loot than you can shake a fastwand at.

Play it through on nightmare and you will find it a subtley different game. Cant just run in a slaughter stuff you have to think and plan your way through some of the dungeons.

Have to do a fair bit of grinding to lvl up/upgrade stuff but i prefer it that way.

Story wasnt particuarly great but its set for a sequel.

Im currently bashing my way to lvl 50 in nightmare mode with a view to starting a hardcore elite char.

Have to say Hellgate has suprised me after everyine moaned about it so much when it was released. It was exactly what i was after from this type of game :)

Still have to kill the final bos with a cricket bat :D

I played online but didn't pay any subs. Expected to see a lot more equipment that needed the premium account though.

The endboss's were fun and pretty hard especially when you had 3 after you. Really enjoyed the game but I expected more. I'm sure a lot of people will be put off paying for the premium service reaching the end so easily. I had 200K and pretty much had nothing to buy. Crafting was sub par IMO. Obviously the core concept is spot on its just the bits around it.

Oh well.

I was a lvl 30 Summoner BTW. I was part of the OcUK guild but nobody was ever on. Never did any grouping. Is the experience more fun?

To be fair thats all Diablo ever was, you keep playing the game over and over in harder difficulty until you're fed up or have some crazy uber character.

Can't really blame them for not deviating from a very sucessful game structure.

I to have completed it, twice. Once on Normal mode, once in elite mode, and now Im doing it in Elite Nightmare mode :D

I to was dissapointed at the sudden end of all the quests and story, but im hoping a few patches down the line that this will be a real good game to play with loads of content and more classes.

I think what they need atm is a random mission generator at St. pauls station, one where you can select the the difficulty of the mission, the amount of enemys (few, normal, plenty, OMGWTF IS HAPPENING) and the type of mission (collect x, kill x number of x etc).

I to was in the OcUK guild but left shortly after because nobody was ever online. Joined a massive guild now with someone else off these boards, theres always at least 5 people on, and on good days theres about 15 :). Making a party is fun because it ramps up the difficulty for every member that joins.
