Hey, I've just finished installing everything into my computer and im curious as to what people think? is it good value for money for £682

2500k @ 4ghz
8GB Ram
XFX 650 psu
Antec 300 - replaced all the stock fans
500gb seagate
Xfire 6850

total build including wireless adapter and extension leads for the psu and sockets
£682

also somehow with another card my temps have only increased by 2c lol must be the new fans

Nice build. Yeah, those 6850's run very cool. I probably would have mounted the CPU cooler horizontally rather than vertically though.

yeah i was thinking that i just need some thermal paste cleaner and ill probably buy artic silver too

still it stays pretty cool though ive never seen it go over 49c underload

I have the same cooler as you and I did the exact same thing and mounted it that way when I did my build. I have since mounted it the other way and do get a few degrees lower than I orginally did but that could be due to a better contact with the Cpu or the artic 5 I used or a combination of both.
