Looking at getting a 32inch Finlux TV for the bedroom (Just to watch catch up tv and films etc on it) and the price is very attractive :)

Are they any good? Does anyone have any advice on this brand? I have had a quick look online and most reviews are good, but I would prefer some other opinions :D

Also: TV wall brackets...we will be looking to mount (what ever TV) up on the wall of the bedroom. We will need one which tilts horizontally/down and vertically/left to right and which will pull out of the wall. There doesn't seem to be a shortage of these, but I was wondering if there was a bracket which would also hold/store a Smart Box as well?

The TV is going to go on a wall at the side of the bed, so there is no where to put any extra boxes or gizmos

Was looking to do the whole set up for £250ish. Any advise would be awesome :)

Velcro the smart TV box to the back of the set. Job done.

Ha! Not a bad shout actually (never thought of that :)). I take it they are quite light? Ive just seen the TV's at work mounted with the 'boxes' fixed between the bracket and the TV (see the white bit in the blue circle):

Proper Velcro and not an off-brand ripoff will hold a huge amount of weight, providing both surfaces are clean and flat etc. I stuck a PS3 to a wall before with it and it was fine.

The majority of TV's in our workshops are all Finlux but they are also our best seller,
although thats partly down to them being very cheap .
My advice stear well clear unless its very cheap, i certainly wouldnt spend £250 on one.

I have that Samsung and it's excellent. I paid £280 from John Lewis a few months back.

It's paired with a WDTV and a Vogel's wall arm.

they are what they are and that is cheap tv's

i certainly wouldn't compare them to samsung, sony or panasonic who are high end brands

they are a mid level brand offering low end prices as they sell direct to the customer (no middle man).

if your looking for a cheap tv then yeah get a finlux, if your looking for a good tv however then i would look at the names i mentioned above.
