Has anyone came across any of this in England yet?

They said it would be available down here but seems nowhere has it yet.

If not I can just buy a glass bottle of the stuff when I'm back in Glasgow at the end of the month.

It's around in the north west.

Not seen any in Liverpool area yet, saying that, I've not been been in every store about.

What's in it, ginger and stuff?

Doesn't really tell you what is actually in it just the usual coyness like 'colourings & flavourings'

But yeah ginger beer like taste with a weird 'flat' finish to the drink. I don't like it.

Being a long standing Irn Bru drinker I can whole heartedly say this stuff is absolute rank, I'd rather drink Buckfast!

Not tried it yet but the few people I've spoken to said it just tastes like Irn Bru with a ginger beer aftertaste.

Aye, from what ive been told it's suppose to have chilli in it also.

Only wondering to see if would add or improve to my "spice of life" drink aka Ginger beer and Jager. Also IRNBRU and Jager is a no go, unless you enjoyed calpol as a kid

I did like Calpol as a kid from what I recall, I may just have to try that.

Hopefully I'll be up in Scotland over the weekend so if I remember I'll buy myself some Fire Bru and probably stock up on some Irn Bru as well, it's not always easy to get cans down here.

Its not great.

Theres a wee taste of a strong Irn bru thats ok then a huge Ginger Beer taste kicks in.

I dont find it as offensive as others and i could see it as a mixer but it serves no useful purpose as a soft drink IMO.

Hmm, picked up some when I went home for the weekend and while it's not terrible I wouldn't be rushing to get it instead of normal Irn Bru - there's also a slightly weird aftertaste that's almost harsh ginger beer to it which catches in your throat.
