Can you definitely side load Google payp on these devices as they are only £35 ATM?

In light of the recent Steam Link software being released, it prompted me to dabble and try adding Google Play to my Fire 10 HD tablet. It works a treat. Debated picking up a small pocket version for on the go however, most likely hold off until the 2018 versions are released later in the year.

With reference to Steam Link, it requires a bluetooth controller so yet to try. I'm most likely going to pick up a Steam Controller during the next sale.

Yep it's very easy to do, first thing I did on mine and it works flawlessly

I believe you can side-load android apps with ease yes. Although you may find the Amazon store has the majority of what you'd want on a tablet like this anyway.

I just got the 10 HD and managed to install google play, so you can then install apps directly, and being tied to current google account.

From what I can tell, Amazon update the firmware quite often (my partner has just got a new HD10) we wanted to side load play onto but wasn't sure of an up to date guide. What guide did you follow mate?
