yes i done that on purpose :D

is there an addon for firefox that checks spelling after each word is typed ?
ie, as im typing now if i spell a word wrong it either suggests or auto corrects it ?
 
You need to have the dictionaries installed (it comes with USA one by default for English) sometimes you might need to reinstall it.

Tools > options > advanced > check spelling as I type should be checked.
 
i see, but that only highlights the incorrect words
im after something that auto corrects them
 
It'll only highlight words spelt wrong, it won't tell you about words you've put in the wrong place, or that aren't the right choice of word, for example:

"yes i done that on purpose" would only result in the "i" being highlighted, it wouldn't say anything about the fact that "done" is wrong and you should have used "did".
