Firefox 2 -3 saved passwords and bookmarks transfer

I got a new 500gig drive and want a new xp install on it, i want to move my firefox 2 saved passwords and bookmarks and transfer them to new os when its installed and ill be using ff3 install.

Anyone know the method? I think i can manage bookmarks but not sure on addons and extensions and passwords etc.

I use that, does everything. As in makes a copy of bookmarks, passwords, history, addons, settings, themes. Fantastic thing.
