Cheers. I never bother with updating Firefox using the smaller update file, I just download the new installer so I have a copy for backup.

Already updated and next one is 3.0.10 due in May before Fx 3.5 coming and then 3.6 in 2010 before Fx 4 in later time..

Mozilla is fast fix patch than IE but it quite a lots for Fx 3 as you can see this > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_firefox

Yes. But quite often I find out about the new update either from OcUK or FileHippo before I've either opened Firefox (as I use Opera as my main browser) or before Firefox detects an update.

The patch was too late for me, the previous version reset my cookies on me as described in the changelog, at first I thought someone had used the PC without my consent, then after visiting more and more sites and realising I was logged out of them all it clicked that something had gone awry in FireFox.

At least I know it has been fixed now.
