I expected it would, just being sure before the swathe of "All my search engines go to American versions!!!!111".

Edit: Nope, Google Gears' MaxVersion is 3.0.*.

My fave thing about this release is the option to delete history in a time-frame, so delete the last 1hr of browsing, stops the GF nosing through my face book at least!

Not particularly, the main difference is the search engines and locale settings (and obviously string changes like "color"/"colour"). There's no difference in the actual function of the browser.
