Firefox 3.5 niggle

I just updated Firefox to 3.5. I've noticed though that the little egg timer which would appear next to the mouse pointer when you clicked on a link, has disappeared.

I never noticed how useful this little feature was in letting you know that a) you're click has registered and b) that the page is in the process of loading.

In fact I didn't even notice that I noticed it until it was gone. Is there a way of re-enabling this?

A tiny niggle, but a niggle none the less.

Not really, the activity animation is now solely the tab icon for that page (it rotates to indicate activity loading etc) !

Maybe there's an extension though!

No, and there's no way to put it back.

It's something that might be fixed down the line, but it probably won't be.

I doubt it'll be coming back, because removing it was a deliberate decision. Personally I just look at the tab to see if a page is loading.
