Few more weeks until final build :P

I should probably adblock the logo too aye :D

Tiger33 it's an excuse to have the latest so aye :p it's a bit better at rendering speed and of course better Acid 3 and Java performance.

Yeah your screenshot shows the difference but on my screen looking at the actual source (inc my own screenshot) there is no colour difference at all.

I have a colour calibrated monitor too btw.

You know what I mean!

As for the colour, here's how I see it, no issues at all but in the screen dup posted his firefox does appear to show some loss of grey detail.

Left to right = Mine actual,. mine screenshot posted by dup, dup's screenshot.

As you can see both mine look identical (ignore the slight variance in my two, CS4 is set in proof mode) whereas Dup's Firefox is darker.

Mystery....

Is there an embedded colour profile somewhere?
There are bugs for weird behaviour with ICCv4 profiles in 3.5.

Do you mean for me? I don't have any colour issues, Dup does but my ICC profiles are Matrix ICC not v4 based!

Not compatible with my addons. Shame.

Use Nightly tester tools to force compat them, like I said above I have 20+ extensions that work no problems.

.Griff. just linked the forum theme above!

As for the skin for firefox, it's aero via Glasser extension: http://www.sixxgate.com/

The layout is just a bit of moving menus here and there in Firefox itself.

I've had to go back to 3010 today as I found a bug in the preview where for some reason it kept losing cookies so I had to sign into iGoogle every time the browser loaded for example. Also my saved passwords suddenly vanished for every site! luckily I keep mozbackup backups so was able to restore them easily.

Gonna wait for final I think :)

BTW Firefox is the prettiest browser with a little tweaking IMO.

Anyone getting the colour issue can fix it by going to about:config and changing the gfx.color_management.mode value to 1

BAH I found the same bug in the RC.

I think I know what causes it.

Can someone confirm though (and make a backup of your saved passwords first using mozbackup).

Simply visit a site you need to log in to and don't have a password saved for and when prompted save the logon details and visit the saved passwords dialogue to see if it saved the password.

You'll notice it has saved it but removed all other passwords if it is the same bug I am seeing!

Back to 3010 for now until this is confirmed :p

Ok managed to get it working and not forget passwords, just did as tolien suggested and wiped clean my old profile then started a new one and restored the mozbackup to that - so far so good.

Using Glasser on RC1 though makes the text on bookmarks bookmarks bar slightly fuzzy or pixally - This is a glasser extension issue and should be fixed with an update as other aero extensions don't have this problem.

Still, it looks good without glasser I have to say:
