Okay well seems Firefox 49.0.2 seems to break some Flash based sites, but the funny thing is the fix they added was meant to fix this type of problem for some.
You can read about it here http://www.ghacks.net/2016/10/20/firefox-49-two-new-system-add-ons-to-fix-flash-and-graphics-issues/ , but this explains how to enable their fix if it hasn't been enabled yet (but this Firefox fix is what is breaking a previous stable Flash experience in my case and many others thanks to this update).
Here is how to enable it if Firefox hasn't updated it yet, but it will and most likely break flash playback for some.
1- Type about:config in the Firefox address bar.
2- Confirm that you will be careful if the warning prompt spawns.
3- Search for dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled.
4- If the preference's value is set to false, double-click it to set it to true instead. This enables asynchronous plugin rendering in Firefox.
So as you read above this is what Firefox new update will enable and as said above may break your Flash experience.
SO if it breaks Flash and makes it glitch do this as I have done:-
1- Type about:config in the Firefox address bar.
2- Confirm that you will be careful if the warning prompt spawns.
3- Search for dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled.
4- If the preference's value is set to True, double-click it to set it to False instead. This disables asynchronous plugin rendering in Firefox.
Restart your browser and all should be back to normal again.
Thanks Mozilla for this so called fix that broke every PC at our work that uses Firefox and Flash
..
Anyways this will save some of you from committing hara-kiri trying to figure out what broke.
