firefox - adblock pop up at start

Everytime I start firefox I get this popping up. It's to do with adblock and filters or something. I've tried to stop it but it still comes up. I've tried to just run through the process and it refuses to let me click finish. Any ideas?

Disable whatever extension is trying to do that? It's not native to Firefox, whatever it is (and I don't recall seeing it before).

Remove all adblocking extensions and then add "Adblock Plus".

A while ago there were different adblocking extensions and then other extensions that downloaded the filters. But now all you need is Adblock Plus.
