Firefox addon for auto downloading linked images?

Hi guys

I'm a bit confuzzled with Firefox addons. I've got Flashgot and Downthemall and I'm trying to download images with them. Currently I'm just managing to get all the thumbnailed images on a page, but obviously the thumbnail is the hyperlink to the full size image.

Do I need a different addon to be able to download the full size linked images rather than the thumbnails or am I doing something wrong with Flashgot/Downthemall?

Thanks for the posts guys, I think I'm doing what you suggest but I'm still having trouble...

I see the pictures/embedded tab and have selected the JPEG/jpg filters but it still seems to only be downloading the original thumbnails and not the linked files from them...very frustrating! (I've checked I have the latest version)

Should I be creating a filter, adding to the jpg commands to allow it to download the linked files? If so what would that be?

Bit confused with it to be honest. :(
 
Oh strike a light...sorry misread your post...that's what happens when you post when tired and try to watch Battlestar Galactica at the same time! (damn good programme actually)

I've got it now, that part works great, thanks! :D...except...

I'm looking at one site that has the pictures as hyperlinks, but it hyperlinks to a sub page that has the image in the page, but isn't the page - i.e. the page doesn't just open a picture and the web address doesn't end in .jpg.

Is there anyway that DTA can download the full images from a place like that?

lol sorry asim, it's not, but there may be some not safe for work images on there so I'm not posting the link on a family friendly forum.

Ah bah...do you know of another way of doing it hideki?
