Firefox and ccleaner

Thought i would give ccleaner a go
Let it do it's thing and deleted my cookies etc on Firefox
Have a issue though its deleted all my bookmarks ffs. They are still on my android devices but not on the desktop
Is there anyway to move the android bookmarks to the desktop?

i think in the end firefox needed an update, then it came back
lesson learnt i have now backed up my favorites
