firefox and internet bookmarks

How can i import/add my bookmarks from ie into firefox?

on the same machine it's just file>import.

if you need to transfer from another machine or across a network, then you can backup your bookmarks to a .htm file in IE first - then use the firefox bookmarks>organise bookmarks to import this file.

im a knob! totally misread your post! thought you wanted to back up your FF bookmarks
