Firefox bookmarks where are they stored?

In your profile - by default on Windows, %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random letters and numbers].[profile name].
Your bookmarks will either be stored in bookmarks.html (Fx2) or places.sqlite (Fx3).

If you want to backup your bookmarks you can goto the Bookmarks>Organise Bookmarks>import and backup>back or so.
