firefox bookmarks

after firefox updating itself i have lost all of my bookmarks, i made a backup off them all via microsoft word but i deleted that also oooppppssss. does any one know how or off a way for me to retreve them?

Try http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile. Your stuff should be there somewhere. Also you can search le forums, there will be loads of threads on this kind of stuff.
