Firefox Bug - Beta issue? ( Right click menu not showing )

I was on 19 then beta 20 and now beta 20b2 and i'm not sure when it started but sometimes right clicking for menu nothing happens. It also occurs when left clicking bookmarks, nothing happens.

Has anyone else come across this?

The Only Fix that i've come across so far is

Options > Advanced > General and unchecking the "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Which I've done ages ago, or

disable context menus in your advanced Javascript settings.

try running firefox in safe mode to rule out problems with any extensions.

close it, then hold down shift before clicking the icon to launch it. but it if still happens i have no idea what to suggest.
