firefox extension to stop flash popups

Hi, quick question. I'm looking for a small extension for firefox to put an end to flash popups. I've looked through the firefox directory but there are so many security related extensions that I don't know which one to go for. Could someone recommend one please?

No I don't have any extra ad blocking type stuff at the moment, is that a good one to get? Thanks for the reply by the way.

Yep Adblock is a good un for Firefox. On each flash image or popup or what have you, Adblock places a tab on the top of the image which you click on to get a window to allow you to block either that exact flash image or the whole site that it comes from, eg "http://www.thisisanad.com/flash.swf" blocks just that one file whereas "http://www.thisisandad.com* blocks anything on that site.

if there's just certain ones, click the little adblock tab that comes up near it, and block that..

to block all, make a rule that blocks
