More or less, except the bit before the dot is usually random and the bit after the dot is the profile name.
%APPDATA% is so much easier to type too

Just get a copy of Mozback it'll backup all your settings and Extensions easily!... :cool:

If you are using Firefox then I'd recommend the del.icio.us extension...

Very handy... and all your bookmarks are stored online too so you can get to them from other machines if you need to... and everytime you reinstall... just install the extension again and all your bookmarks are available straight away...

Not sure how I managed without it now...
