Firefox has gone crazy!

All my bookmarks have gone, which I've retrieved, but the browser window is shaking. It's like someone is either constantly clicking refresh or dragging the scroll up and down really quickly. IE is fine though.

Is this common?

Ahhhhh - i know what that is. Have you removed a bar at the top of the browser?! Search google and i think you will find instructions on how to fix it.....don't worry, it'll take less than 5mins to sort out

I recently lost all my bookmarks too...

Anywhere to back them up? where are they kept?

I lost all my internet projects...

%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random letters].[profile name]\bookmarks.html. They're backed up to bookmarksbackups under the same directory.

This has some suggestions for dealing with shaking windows.

Easiest method is click Bookmarks > Organize

File > Import

Browse C:\Docs & Sets\App Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profile\Bookmark Backups and click the one with the latest date.
