firefox help

hi all, how do i grab the pic of my firefox extensions window? (to show on O/C to see if any suggestions if i should get any others!)

And when i right click on a link and select "open in new window"-how do i set firefox so it doesnt open the link as a maximised page, but still as a seperate page-not tab?

open the extensions window then press alt-printscreen.

as for the other quostien im not sure.
