Firefox: How do they make money

Firefox is free. It has no advertising on it, they don't ask for donations, so how do they make any money

How much do you think Google pay them to have them as the default search engine option in the top-right of the browser?

They make money from search commision from Google, Yahoo etc when users search using the search box in Firefox plus ad revenue.

Also Google pay them extra to keep Google as the default search engine.

They make around $80 million per year which is not too bad.

They get money for every search via Google, but AFAIK they get nothing from Yahoo et al.
