firefox just stopped working in vista

i was opening a page up and vista tells me firefox has a problem and needs to close. ok i thought, tried to run it again, same error. i cant open it, any ideas why?

Rebooted? Ran it in safe-mode?

a reboot fixed it....now its happened to AVG
