Firefox not downloading files?

When i download something from inside FF nothing pops up, nadda.

Even when i save and image it doesnt do anything at all?

Its done this before and i had to format to sort it, anyway to sort it without formatting?

Have you tried changing the settings?

If that doesn't do it, backup then delete your FF profile and try again.
