I've recently reinstalled Windows and come across a problem. I notice it most while posting here; I'll go to post and Firefox will just sit there loading the page, however, if I immediately open a new tab (which loads fine) I'm able to find my post, but the other page will still be loading.

A temporary fix seems to be clearing the cache, but that doesn't last very long. Any ideas?

Nope, wired. It seems to only do it on form updates, like the in-page Paypal system and forum posts. Going to a website via the address bar works fine.

I'm also getting this problem. Sometimes I can click a link and Firefox seems to be trying to connect and it can stay connecting for maybe a minute or more. But if I middle-click the exact same link to open it in a new tab, it loads straight away while the other tab is still trying to connect. Very weird indeed.

Noticed this aswell, glad I'm not the only one. I'm really tempted to move to Chrome now, Firefox seems to be going downhill in terms of reliability lately.

Never experienced this my self.

Where did you set the DNS settings? I have mine on the local ethernet of the PC.

Try clearing your history?

One issue I do see with Firefox at the moment tho, is it's very sluggish performance with flash. However I've tried Chrome to see if that was an improvement and that had it's own issues.
